How much does design cost?

Design is Included. We create detailed plans and renderings at no upfront cost. You only pay when you're ready to move forward with a Building Agreement.

Will my estimate match my final cost?

As much as possible. Our estimates are transparent and are intended to keep the “gray area” to a minimum. We ask the questions and put in the upfront work to provide a fixed price for most items with an accurate total estimate for your project.

What does full-service building include?

We handle permitting, project management, contractor coordination, and inspections. You get a single point of contact guiding you through every phase.

Can I build on my own lot?

Absolutely. We work with land you own or help you find the right property. Our process adapts to your situation.

How long does the process take?

Timeline varies by project complexity and local permitting. We'll give you a realistic schedule upfront and keep you informed every step of the way.

Do you work outside of the Houston area?
